في إطار توجيهات محافظ صلاح الدين السيد هيثم الزهوان، أجرى النائب الفني للمحافظ المهندس مفيد البلداوي، يرافقه النائب محمد البلداوي، زيارة إلى جامعة تكريت، ضمن جهود دعم المؤسسات التعليمية في المحافظة.

وكان في استقبال الوفد رئيس الجامعة الدكتور وعد رؤوف، بحضور مساعده الدكتور حسن حسين وعدد من التدريسيين، حيث جرى خلال اللقاء بحث عدد من الملفات المتعلقة بالواقع الأكاديمي وسبل الارتقاء به.
