تنفيذاً لتوجيهات محافظ صلاح الدين، السيد هيثم الزهوان، أجرى النائب الفني للمحافظ، المهندس مفيد البلداوي، زيارة ميدانية إلى مديرية ماء المحافظة، حيث كان في استقباله مدير المديرية، المهندس محمد محمود الجبوري، وعدد من الكوادر الهندسية والإدارية.

وشهدت الزيارة بحث أبرز التحديات والمعوقات التي تواجه عمل المديرية، إلى جانب استعراض أهم المشاريع المنجزة وتلك قيد التنفيذ في مناطق شمال وجنوب ووسط المحافظة، ضمن الجهود المبذولة لتحسين الواقع الخدمي وتطوير قطاع المياه.

وأكد البلداوي أن هناك زيارة ميدانية مرتقبة لمشروع ماء الموحد بطاقة (4000) متر مكعب في الساعة، للاطلاع على أعمال التأهيل الجارية، تمهيداً للارتقاء بمستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين. كما أشار إلى قرب افتتاح مجمع ماء الحضيرة بطاقة (200) متر مكعب في الساعة، بالإضافة إلى مجمع الإمام السيد محمد (عليه السلام).

كما تم خلال اللقاء التأكيد على أهمية توفير مادتي الشب والكلور، استجابةً لمناشدات إدارة المديرية وكوادرها، نظراً لأهميتهما في ضمان استمرارية عمل مشاريع المياه بكفاءة عالية.

وتناول الاجتماع أيضاً معاناة عدد من المناطق من شح المياه، حيث جرى التأكيد على إدراج مشاريع خدمية لمعالجة هذه المشكلة ضمن خطة تهدف إلى تعزيز الاستقرار الخدمي وتلبية احتياجات المواطنين.
