Important notes that must be taken into account and adhered to before filling out the form:

1.  It is preferable to use the calculator to fill out the form so that all information appears correctly.

7. If you make a mistake in the form after submitting, go to the Identity and Electronic Governance Department at the Salah al-Din Governorate Office for the purpose of correcting the information and exclusively during the submission period.
8. A special letter for minorities must be supported proving that they belong to this category.
