Under the direction of the Governor of Salah al-Din, Mr. Badr Al-Fahal, the Technical Deputy Governor, Engineer Mufid Moneim Al-Baldawi, visited the Technical Training Center, which held a special training course for employees of government departments, with the aim of developing their administrative competencies and preparing them for career advancement.

The course topics focused on mechanisms for dealing with official violations, and the method of official response to letters received from Iraqi ministries, which contributes to raising the level of institutional performance and enhancing administrative integration between state departments. The course was chaired by the legal advisor Ibrahim Muhammad Jassim, Director of the Administrative and Financial Department in the governorate,

The technical representative attended the course and provided his moral support to the employees, praising the importance of these courses in raising the efficiency of government performance, and called on the employees to make the most of the course content, because of its direct impact in strengthening institutional work and developing the administrative system in Salah al-Din Governorate.
